If you are experiencing an emergency outside of normal office hours, please visit your family doctor, call 811, visit your optometrist, after-hours clinic, urgent care or your nearest emergency department.

Please DO NOT come to the office if you answered yes to any of the following questions:

• Are you experiencing any cold or flu symptoms?

• Have you travelled outside of Canada? 

• Have you been told to self-isolate? 

• Have you been contacted by public health and told to self-isolate?  

• Have you had a positive rapid test or PCR test?  

• Have you been in contact with anyone with COVID-19?

If you answered yes to any of these questions,

please call the office and reschedule your appointment.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our office has taken many precautions to protect our patients and our staff.  

As directed by Horizon Health all cataract surgeries and non-urgent procedures are cancelled until further notice. 

If you have rescheduled an appointment and are awaiting a new one, please be patient. We are doing the best we can with the high volume of appointment changes. 

Our phones are open from 9:00AM - 3:30PM Monday-Thursday and 9:00AM -12:00PM on Fridays.

If you are already a patient of Dr. Demmings and are experiencing difficulties, please feel free to call +1-506-214-7500 and leave a voicemail.

Voicemails are checked frequently during office hours. Please do not forget to leave your name and best phone number so your call can be returned.
